I'm totally stuck on the last one and would appreciate help.
16d Write up piece of music as, also, dance tune (8) I have s?R?B?N? The only thing that fits in is scribing which meets the 'write up' bit, but what has that to do with a dance tune, please?

I'm not good at explaining answers, but I can try!...
the 'piece of music' is Bar
'write up' is to reverse it, so it becomes 'Rab' and so does 'as', so Sa.
'also' - 'and'.
So Sa rab and, Saraband ( a dance tune - I think!
