Thanks very much everyone. I actually thought of but then discounted barber for answer 2 becauses of the alphabetical order I think it starts with a c and was thinking CUTTLE fish, which sounds vaguely hairdresser-ish to me.

I believer 'iris has tutor changed' is an anagram. Tutor must be trout. Rainbow doesn't quite fit the anagram and alphabetically I place the answer between PORBEAGLE and RAY.
