Was so pleased to hear that Paul Ogrady is returning with his programme For The Love of dogs, on Thursday the first of September.
Best programme ever! He is such a lovely man. It will be on ITV at 8.30pm.

I'm just watching his programme from tonight. I know it's a repeat but I enjoyed it. Glad to hear he is doing a new series. Thanks Georgiesmum for the info.

I think the first of his new series was on last week - reason I say that I haven't seen it before. It is lovely to see.

Its OK, like him too, but much prefer Rescue Dogs presented by Alan ????, as the programme takes the cruelty of dogs more serious than P/O, and more of an insight what the officers have to put up with at the homes of dog owners.

I am ambivalent towards dogs, and I loathe Paul O'Grady's witless 'vinegar gay' persona that he adopts for his public outings.

He is clearly an intelligent and witty man, so I can't see why he feels the need to come over as both ends of a pantomime horse when a camera or microphone are within range.
