Banana Jam

I've mentioned this before, I really like it, when we were on holiday in France I found two different brands of it so I got both.
Today decided to have some after breakfast. Got the jars out and they were both rhubarb jam! How on earth I mistook it for banana jam I do not know.
I even showed OH them in the shop and he didn't say anything.
I reckon I'm losing it!

There wasn't a photo on one of the jars, but the other actually showed chopped up rhubarb.
I don't think I've had rhubarb jam before, it was quite nice.

Never heard of banana jam. I want some. Will try this recipe when I next have some ripe bananas.

I made rhubarb and ginger jam this year Caran. I think I'm addicted to it. It's lovely. Never had Banana Jam

Thanks for the recipe grasscarp, I have printed it off and will give it a try.
Marie one of the jars I said rhubarb and ginger. Not tried that one yet.
