I'm still getting the message 'Please wait' when I submit my crossword online. However, the Mailplus people have assured me that my entry is getting through, albeit that there continues to be a problem which the IT people are endeavouring to fix.
Can't understand why I appear to be the only one with this issue.
Jazzyjen - comforting to know we're having same problem. I use an IPad; do you?
Dannyk - possibly (probably?), though it does seem they recognise the problem is at their end and are working on a fix. I've done all I can to reset everything on my IPad so hope they can sort it out.
Yup..I use ipad4. I`m not totally convinced they are receiving my entries. (am also worried I could be being eliminated by making multiple entries due to this fault).
