A 1St White Lives Matter March In Margate......
I have great friends with 3 kids, and a good business in Margate, and he was telling me that its going to lose him quite a lot of business, as the route of the march will pass his establishment, and he has been advised to close.

/// The hard-right marchers are expected to be met by anti-fascist demonstrators from Thanet Stand Up to Racism, who have branded White Lives Matter a racist organisation. ///
Why is it we never hear such descriptions as 'extremist' 'hard-left' or 'racist' when 'Black Lives Matter' groups take to the streets?

An interesting point since, if we are being even-handed - BLM are being racist in their approach.
Surely all lives matter?
The notion of deciding the worth of anyone's life based on the colour of their skin is a pointless exercise.

I think that this post from Trt's link sums it up

'White Lives Matter' groups are often racist. You have to look at their intentions for marching. As a group, caucasian people are the least discriminated. Personally I don't see the point in Black lives Matter in the UK. We don't have the issues that America does with it's violence carried out by police officers and racial profiling. But we are seeing an increase in racism here, which is worrying. It could be that more race hate crimes are being reported.
I've seen members of these WLM groups on social media. Often they are not very nice people. They are usually angry idiots. I was labelled 'anti-white' for challenging a racist comment.
These WLM people aren't marching for any cause other than to cause conflict and probably start a fight with people. do you really want them marching in the streets? No"!

/// A tagline on the poster shared by East Kent English Patriots reads "Most whites are brainwashed and believe its wrong to love and support their our race. Its not." ///
That just about sums it up, most of us whites are fed-up into believing that it is wrong to love and support our own race.
Isn't that what most races wish to do?

We have seen what these racist yobs have done in the past, so your friend would to take notice of what the Police say.
The basic premise behind this march shows what the far-right are all about, and its the usual ex-football hooligans, and other such uneducated yobs....batten down the hatches and they will be gone soon enough.

I'm with andy-hughes on this one. All lives matter. Black Lives Matter is a racist organisation i.m.o. White Lives Matter is also racist, but more understandable because BLM started sounding-off first and were not stopped. Sauce for the goose comes to mind, but it signals hardening of views and so neither organisation is to be welcomed.

And do you not also agree that those far-left hooligans, who turn out in force so as to disrupt these otherwise peaceful marches, are just as much (if not even more so yobs) also?

Err mikey, Mosley and the fascists never turned out. The dispersed through Hyde Park after Mosley called off the march to prevent bloodshed. The mob rioted anyway against the police, who we there to keep the two factions apart. 175 people were injured including women and children. 1936. Never let facts prevent you from making a false point though. Defended Cable Street haha. Nonsense.
Togo....nice to see you defend Mosley !
My remarks to AG still stand....The East End were threatened by Mosley and his BUF, and people turned up to defend the area.
If Mosley hadn't of threatened the Jewish population with a march in the first place, there would have been no battle, nor a need for one. The villains were Mosley, not the Jews.
All this happened 3 years before Britain declared war on the German fascists.
Mosley was trying to inflict a Kristallnacht on the East End 2 years before German SA paramilitary forces and German civilians did the same in Germany. Seems he was ahead of his game !

Where did I defend Mosely then Mikey? What I did was highlight more of the claptrap that you commit to the web. The mob that rioted consisted of various anti-fascist demonstrators, including local Jewish, Irish, socialist, anarchist and communist groups. They attacked the police in the absence of the fascist marchers who did not show up. Get it?
