Well, I had thought so.......

The B was from 'Like an animal or something wrong with Bastile' (7). I'd put bestial.

The A was from 'Some of these are these' (8) and I had A---R-M- so put anagrams.

The L was from 'All the non irregularities are not fatal' (9). I had
N-N-E-H-- so put nonlethal.

The E was from 'The white in 'The White House' for example (10). I had -D---T-V-S so put adjectives.
