Why Do The Labour Party (& Other Socialist) Give The Impression That They Are Anti-Sematic?

Why Ken Livingstone et al said Hitler was a Zionist? Perhaps they feel Jews should not conquer land (like Hitler) in Palestine. It is anti-Semitic to attack Jewish race, CULTURE, RELIGION, etc, rather than Israeli government policies.
Zionism is a movement originally establishment for the development and protection of a Jewish homeland as stated in the Torah/Old Testament.
Judaism believes Moses brought the Israeli tribes from bondage in Egypt to a 'land flowing with milk & honey', as they are God's (Jehovah's) chosen people with a right to live in the historical boundaries of Israel. Moses also gave the Jews Ten Commandments & various aspects of Jewish Law at Mount Sinai - hence founding the religion of Judaism.
Hence any statements about removing Jews from their homeland, who according to Moses (founder of Judaism) given to them by God as 'God's chosen people' are definitely anti-Sematic.

They don't believe they are anti Semitic so they probably couldn't answer.
But I suspect it is because they try sooooo hard to be all things to all men they end up looking like right pratts in some areas.
By espousing the rights of one group over another you alienate the other so it is tricky to be fair to everyone.
It does rather seem that usually they look at a situation, find the underdog and (((regardless of the right or wrong))) take their side.

I agree with you about Socialist taking the sides of the underdog, whom they (often mistakenly) believe they have to protect. Socialist would, in my opinion, easily associate (1) being underdog with (2) being right but oppressed. This association are not always correct, as being underdog could well be the result being wrong.

1. In a referendum (2013), over 90% of all Falkanders wanted UK to remain to have sovereignty over the Falkland Islands.
2. Letting another country having joint sovereignty over a British Overseas Territory creates a precedent for joint-sovereignty for all 14 British Overseas Territories (which include Gibraltar).
3. Such statement is likely to further inflame UK-Argentinian stance on the Falklands.
4. Demeaning the sacrifice British Armed Forces who bravely fought the Falklands War in the early 1980s.
5. Jeopardising British interests at home and abroad.

In my opinion any criticism of the Israeli activity is immediately labelled anti-Semitic but much of it is not. In the Palestinian/Israeli both sides have done things they should be ashamed of. The UN's awarding of the land to the Jews didn;t so much solve an issue as create one; but what is done is done and one can only hope they find a solution that both can accept even if they moan about it.
As for Labour, I've not studied the situation closely but much of it seems to be either unwarranted name calling, or taking an opposing view to those who sympathise more with the Palestinian plight than the Israeli one. It doesn't help discussion and understanding.

I do not believe it is a matter of taking the opposite view to those who are pro-Palestinian. Palestinian terrorists had intimidate, kidnap, kill, slaughter, bomb, massacre thousands of innocent people for several decades now.

That's right. We've discussed this before: there is a huge difference between anti-semitism and anti-Zionism, although the latter can often stem from the former. Some on the left in particular have always had an issue with the creation of the state of Israel as indeed do many on the right. Naked anti-semitism I suspect is not wedded to the far left or the far right necessarily, although the far right Breitbart website in America is notably anti-semitic, and of course one of its former leading lights is the man behind Trump.
