Oleander Query
6 Answers
I bought 2 oleander plants in pots early in year and they are doing fine in the patio pots where I put them. The query I have is that with one of them another different plant has grown up, same size but very pale green leaf with 3 branches and no flower buds, looks. similar to oleander but softer stem . Has anyone else had this 'extra' plant in their pot and knows what it is please? I have emailed the seller and have to wait for an answer (if I get one!) Don,t want to pull it if ita plant worth growing.

If its not a root sucker, I wouldn't mind betting its a goat willow, they can be very similar to blueberry plants when young and can take over the intended pot plant, just like a cuckoo.
