A Web Of Intrigue
4 Answers
I was chilling out in the garden yesterday evening, when I saw a honey bee accidentally fly into a spiders web.
The spider, which was just a tad smaller than the bee, took one look at what was in its trap, turned around and ran off as fast as its eight legs would carry it.
After a couple of minutes the bee freed itself from the web and carried on with its business.
It set me thinking, is there any kind of arachnid that could handle a venomous bee or wasp in the UK ?
