Can someone explain?
5d. Sad times, rent heaps mounting,bound around?(10)
There is only one answer that fits. Starts with R and ends in D.
14. Base part of leg, this is missing smear of oil (5)
The answer is clear and is part anagram.
25. Duck, initially frozen within, still forming inside (5)
4 letter word for Duck with F inside.
Please "unspoonerise" these.
Thanks.

@hankir - I'm not sure if I understand the question, but the type I clues are those where the 'definition' part of the clue leads to a spoonerism of the grid entry, eg 'base part of leg' => 'low thigh', with the entry being a spoonerism of this; type II clues are those where the definition part of the clue is a spoonerism of the definition of the entry, eg 'it rings flocks' => 'it flings rocks' for 'sling'.
Competition entries must be type II clues - the top-placed entries for the last spoonerisms competition (ERADIATE) used 'Spread like buns seems', 'Bend seems' and 'Lay out, like Sprite'.
