//He is said to have health issues which are being investigated//
Don't they all when they have been caught? Pity that whilst hiding up a tree the Cheshire Police didn't employ a police sniper with a tranquiliser gun instead of negotiators.

on the news
there is quite a lot of - to everyone's surprise ....
I always thought that the judge said - right matey, that is a Not Guilty.....
judge has authorised use of force to get him into da viddie room at Belmarsh, and didnt authorise force to get him out of the cells ....
but since this is AB....
why didnt they light a pile of rubber tyres under the tree where he was 'hiding' ( leaving aside whether you can hide if everyone knows where you are) and then when the acrid smoke makes him fall out of the tree or better - jump !
then throw petrol on hiim .....
and toss a pair of handcuffs into the flagration
and tell the judge it is his own fault for not cuffing himself
