You've assumed wrong... But i mean.. do you not understand my point?
some people claim to have tripophobia because they don't like photos such as the foot above (that made me feel rather ill, bit shivvery) but who can look at that happily? It's odd.. it's suppose to play with the mind and make you think creepy negative thoughts.
But if someone has a serious case of tripophobia they should find bee hotels, honey comb, crumptets etc.. just as terrifying. It's a phobia after all..
I'm not denying you have trypophobia, but people self diagnose in this day and age all too often.. all these mental illnesses or even just random things.. I think get a grip or a proper diagnosis.
It's like OK ur a bit nervous you don't have anxiety or depression.
You find that photo uncomfortable? Doesn't mean you have trypophobia.
My answer isn't directed at you JTH, i believe you have whatever you say you do.. but I see in day to day life all these self diagnosed conditions being used for attention or just for an excuse not to do something.

The lenses on the new iPhone aren’t even holes. You wouldn’t say your eyes are two holes in your head, so to call camera lenses, holes is really stretching it.
