I put it as seize then had to double check for that very reason

Not sure if it is SEIZE UP.

Going down is Proficiently [A B _ _]. Think that is ABLE, which puts the E in the wrong place for SEIZE. Also going down is Forceful [H A _ _]. Not sure what that is. Could be HARD? If if is then it makes Tense (5, 2) [_ _ E _ _, _ P],(assuming the E is correct, which it might not be).
