Hello! I hope everyone is fine. I wrote an email few days back to my university and I told them that I can't sent my educational documents by post (In germany) for pre-enrollments and they said you can email us. it will be more than 15 days I have not heard back from my university and my online classes will start in end of October. I want to write an email and ask them what is the reason behind this delay. Can someone proof read my email please. Thank you in advance.
