Help In English Please

Hello! I hope everyone is fine. I wrote an email few days back to my university and I told them that I can't sent my educational documents by post (In germany) for pre-enrollments and they said you can email us. it will be more than 15 days I have not heard back from my university and my online classes will start in end of October. I want to write an email and ask them what is the reason behind this delay. Can someone proof read my email please. Thank you in advance.

Since I have submitted my educational documents on online portal and email you for pre-enrollment. My classes will start in end of October and my pre-enrollment process is not yet completed. I'm little worry for this. and is there any need to send hard copies of educational documents by post so i will try to send you before deadline.

I submitted my educational documents via the online portal and by email for pre-enrolment on (GIVE DATES) for (COURSE NAME).

I have yet to hear back from you and as my classes commence at the end of October I would like to clarify when my pre-enrolment process will be completed.

Do you require me to submit hard copies of my educational documents by post?
