I know I know, you might be thinking that this is a dumb question, but I genuinely want to know the answer. A few months ago, I was walking down the street with my friend to her house. I was eating a bag of chips, so I pull down my mask for a second and before i even start eating, a couple around my age just stares at my face. I was a little weirded out, but I just continued eating. Then another time, I walked into a store looking for a bag of chips. Then, a group of guys around my age (maybe even a little older) were kind of looking at me. I don’t know how to explain how they were staring at me, but it was the same way the couple my age was staring at me. If that’s not enough, guys I don’t even know at my school just come up to me randomly and smile and give me a handshake, like I’ve never even spoken to them before! This is so weird! Can someone help :(
This might seem like a funny question, but how do you know that people are looking at you? You know, because you are looking at them.
Maybe you are staring at people without realising it, and this causes them to stare back. This then makes you feel uncomfortable.
Try to avoid making eye contact with strangers and the staring will stop.
Do you assume we are all dim? How can you post about being the quiet girl and can't make friends and how can you change and then immediately after your next angst is lots of people staring at you and guys from school coming up and shaking your hand. Doesn't gel does it.
"seems to me you´ve got a chip on your shoulder"
"Stop eating chips"
"Is your surname Pringle"
"you haven't got two chips sticking out of your nostrils have you?"
...oh and Prudie
Are you all unaware that you are talking to someone who is 14/15 years old?
