Can someone please give me a nudge regarding the thematic object?

I've a completed grid and highlighted path but I just cannot fathom out the meaning of "The name of the thematic object represented must be entered in the box below the grid: it is formed by inserting the first highlighted letter after what it is an example of (five letters in total) into the title."

Very, you need to add the highlighted letter to the front of the second word of the title. Then insert a four letter word starting with a C describing what this object is.
