Not wanting to brag but, I have enough money saved, so I don't have to work for the rest of the year.

The other day, Robyn and I got into some petty argument. (I say it was petty. She would have said it was Armageddon.) As is our nature, neither of us would admit the possibility that we might be in error.
To her credit, Robyn finally said, 'Look. I'll tell you what. I'll admit I'm wrong if you admit I was right.'
'Fine.' I said.
She took a deep breath, looked me in the eye and said, 'I'm wrong.'
I grinned and replied, 'You're right.'

I remember when they invented walls that were constructed out of straw and mud.
I thought, wattle they think of next!

Personally I think Christmas should be in July when the shops aren't so busy.

I cooked Xmas dinner for my wife this year.
Being the festive season, I thought I'd make it a bit special.
So, I put the toast on top of the beans.
