Correct, and that is how it should be. There may well be people to whom it is justified to claim asylum (Although what that woukd be having come from a safe country would be anyones guess). Still we must process fairly and then if invalid claim deport.

Thus is exactly what I have been saying: the government claims Rwanda is safe as I'm sure it largely is: but for this policy to have any hope of success then it relues in people thinking the opposite. Which is fundamentally ridiculous ;-)
