"
“We feel the need to raise the alarm because clearly there have been multiple bodies discovered,” said Ravina Shamdasani, spokesperson for the UN high commissioner for human rights.
She described bodies “buried deep in the ground and covered with waste”, adding that “among the deceased were allegedly older people, women and wounded”, including some bound and stripped of their clothes.
“Some of them had their hands tied, which of course indicates serious violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law, and these need to be subjected to further investigations,” she said."
Doctors Without Borders also raised warnings back in January that the israeli army was besieging Nasser hospital and that snipers were targeting medical staff and patients... they accused the israeli army of deliberately making the hospital unable to function

Note that "not verified" does not mean "lies", it just means "not verified". Whereas "verified" means, as much as we normal people can know, true.
What is fact is your unbelievable ability to ignore the possibility that the Israeli army may well be responsible for war crimes as despicable as this planet has seen since the 1940s. No matter how bad Hamas' crimes against Israel were, and they were horrible, if these reports are true, Israel cannot use that provocation as an excuse. There is no excuse for some of their actions.
IDF soldiers examined a grave that had been used by Palestinians to bury dead people, hoping to find the remains of Israeli hostages who may have been killed, and then returned the bodies that the IDF had exhumed. The Times of Israel reported earlier this week:
"It said forces searching for Israeli hostages had examined bodies previously buried by Palestinians near Nasser Hospital and had returned the bodies to where they were buried after they were examined.
It has been documented that Palestinians buried their dead at the hospital grounds both before and while Israeli troops operated in the area.
The location of that burial site was geo-located by experts to the same location where Hamas officials claimed to have discovered the new mass grave."
Hmmm.
unfortunately the claims of the IDF are not compatible with witness testimonies and with some of the evidence (e.g. bodies being stripped or having their hands tied) so some parties here are obviously not telling the truth... the IDF have moreover been caught lying about their treatment of palestinians before so their word is not really good enough
Meanwhile ... Hamas released a propaganda video showing American-Israeli hostage Hersh Goldberg-Polin, proving that he is alive with the hope of pressuring the Israeli government to give up the war as part of a hostage deal. Goldberg-Polin was maimed in the October 7 terror attack, losing his left hand to a Hamas grenade as he hid among other victims in a bomb shelter near the site of the Supernova music festival in southern Israel. He has become one of the iconic faces of the hostages, 133 of whom remain hostage in Gaza.
