Not sure if I'm posting this in the right cafegory but here goes. In 2010 I was diagnosed as having Prostate cancer, had surgery followed by 7 weeks of radiotherapy. The reason for the radiotherapy was that "they couldn't get it all" (their words not mine. In 2014 I was told that I still had PC and because the "bit that was left" was so tiny no trearment would be possible. I still have PC and have a PSA test annually. My reason for this post is to try and find out if I can access my late Father's medical records - in the back of my mind I think I can recall my late Mother saying something about "his prostate", but that was it. My Mum was a very secretive person. I don't really  hold out a lot of hope trying to see his medical records but if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful. Apologies for the length of this post.

You could get a copy of his death certificate if you think it relevant
