Half a stone, that is really great, and you would probably be devastated if you put on weight again after your crash diet.
If you must, though, maybe try the cabbage soup diet.
Just typed it all in another thread, if you search for cabbage, you'll probably find it.
My mother did that one a couple of times and was quite pleased with the results...
I know the feeling; I lost a stone, then couldn't shift any more for ages.
Try going vegetarian for a whole week, and limiting your calorie intake to about 1000-1500 calories. You can eat loads of vegetables without even approaching this number, so you still feel full. Yeah, you'll miss rare steaks for a while, but you'll lose 3-4 pounds easily.
Probably not healthy to crash-diet, but my reasoning is: the amount of crap I've put through my body over the last few years, it has still managed to keep me alive- so I'm sure it will welcome a few more vegetables and fewer calories...
