Hi All, 20+ years ago my mum gave up to boys for adoption I have always known about this and has never really bohered me until around 2 years ago, I keep thinking I have 2 brothers somewhere and i want to meet them to know what there like do i look like them, has anybody any idea/experience how to get intouch with adopted family.
Also I am concerened that they dont want to intouch as they would have had my mothers details at 18.

Thats if their 'parents' even passed them the information. it could stir up all sorts of emotions if they havent.

yeah thats what i thought because if it was me i would want to meet my real parents but then they may just think that there is no point they have there parents. they dont live with each other 1 is around 26 and the other 24, i need to know how to get the bal rolling

Its a very difficult one. Maybe you can try and contact there 'parents' to see what the situation is.

yes that is an idea but still its getting the details of the parents

Hello dizydosydoll You could try an organisation called Norcap. They are an organisation who help people become reunited with adopted children or parents and siblings.They are a very good organisation and can provide a great deal of help and advice. You can email on [email protected]
