Knitting Pattern

Can anybody help me please. I am trying to trace a knitting pattern dating back to the 70's. It is a Ladyship Design Leaflet No. 4330. Printed by Baldwin & Walker Ltd. It is for a babies matinee jacket, bootees and bonnet.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Probably out of print now . Baldwin and Walker are now part of Patons .Ebay have a huge amount of knitting patterns which is worth a try or you could try Yesterknits ..if they haven' got it they will do their best to get it for you .. ..They are very helpful ....you can email them
