Snowdonia
Hello , who has been to Snowdonia and to Mt Snowdon ?
Can anyone suggest the easiest way to get round , is there an easy short track rather than having to actually climb ? :-) xxx

Hi bigmamma I should have said as well, that the train is only going about 2 thirds of the way up at the moment as the cafe is being re-built, quite expensive as well, we went up the other week when julie came to stay with us, it is 15 each adult and 11 for children, if I remember correctly, Ray xx
Hi ray sweetheart , sorry I didn't get to reply last night. Thankyou for your help, wow I would like to have met up , however , my son is thinking of taking me there next weekend as he went to the summit with the RAF but I have never been there and he has the long weekend off work.. I have breathing and mobility problems ray love so I wasn't looking to go to the top . I wondered if there was a short walk whereby I could say I had at least set foot on it and walked some way onto it , or is the only option for disabled to go onto the train ? :-) xxx
Hi bigmamma , what you could do is just go a ltlle way up because it starts off quite gently, it would be real hard for you to go to far up if you have mobiltity problems
, you could then at least say you had been part way up it, but even just visiting the area will give you a feel for it and the beauty of the area, if you come up with your son get him to drive you through the Llanberis pass towards Capel curig, or through the Ogwen Valley, that goes from Capel Curig towards Bethesda/Bangor,
also try and Visit Betws-Y-Coed and go see the swallow Falls, just outside Betws, whatever you do enjoy your time here, pity I will be away would have been good to have met you, maybe another time, I do hope so, take care and keep smiling, Ray xx
