I won a crossword

about 2 months ago i won a crossword prize 100 pounds'
but due to being distracted i put the wrong house no on entry ,i have wrote to the paper and i also rang them but no answer as no correspondense is the rule
recently i won 20 pounds a runner up prize,same paper,
so i wrote to the firm issueing the cheques for these prizes stateing my case and if cheque could be traced so far nothing
i went to the house i had addressed my entry to this was before the cheque would have been issued and gave the owner an SAE to forward on to me .
also there was a postal strike on at that time so it could have been lost in post maybe; barney
