KM Links Game - April week 2 Results

Good morning all - we're just going to wait patiently till someone [ maybe paulineward ?] pops in with the matches for this weekends game.

In the meantime - I'm on the look-out for a helper for the last weekend in April - I'll be away, hence unable to post the thread for the start of proceedings, also the Monday morning thread, though I will be able to score the game and post results late Monday [your time]

If somebody could undertake this not-too-arduous task, I'd be very pleased so any offers welcome.

I think, poor seekeerz, will be using all fingers and toes plus abacus and pocket calculator to work out the scores on this one!

Goodness, what a mad scramble for points that was - and one of the ' busiest ' ever, a total of 95 points scored over all.

Firstly, congratulations to everyone - while Smash Hit was a gimme, the other three matches were by no means straight forward however Dental Floss and Heat Wave went off fairly smartly too.

Smash Hit was successfully selected by paulineward, Strix, freebi2, london_lassy, beejay1124 &lysander

Dental Floss went to Strix, freebi2, beejay1124, lysander & cliffyg.

Heat Wave went to london_lassy, cliffyg, joto & jan1956

And then the compulsory lull, when at 10.53 in came Big Macwith Slipper Bath, while in addition to bonus points, cliffyg, joto & jan1956 each scored an extra point for a good guess.

More 'good guesses' were made by Jools of JimJools, Paul21455 & jobjockey who each scored three points.

Two points each went to DizzyLizzie, x-ray, cpfcrosiel, chriss, wickedtongue, teacher1, patchett, ShazzaHewit, keyboardix, Christiana, centrino, eccles, pillow & ulyssess100 while a further 19 each scored one point - all in all a very busy game.
