Agreed Midazolam, compared to the last few weeks this came together quite easily and would be a good candidate for solvers starting out on the Listener crusade.
(Must admit to a doh moment though when I realised what was going on !)

Yes, quite nice and straightforward. I did get lulled into writing lights in without fully thinking them through, which briefly gave me an incorrect entry at 44, but my excuse is that that was late last night.

think it just signifies 'is' hence (definition) is (wordplay)

A nice gentle puzzle by and large although I am stuck on the last bit. I've identified 3 words clued without definition (sum of these clue numbers = 61)but all the others seem to have definitions as far as I can see. Also, is the wish made up of 9 words? I've got a nice explanation but have some letters left over. Any hints would be appreciated!

jamesah - it IS nine words. Your fourth undefined is an across and would bring your total to over one hundred. Eliminating the letters of the three undefined which you have from the wish should help in identifying your fourth undefined clue.
