HP Photosmart printing problems

Hello,

I have an HP Photosmart 7150 printer. When I try to print, the printing light flashes green for ages, paper feeds through very slowly in bursts of activity (5 minutes), before coming out blank with a 'document filed to print' message.

I've tried all the troubleshooting tips including re-installing printer software, disc de-frag etc, but nothing works.

Any ideas?

I had this recently with my 1610. I found that the paper jam opening at the rear was open slighty, I clipped it into place, cleared the printer cache on the screen and unplugged the printer. When I turned it back on it worked fine. Hope this works for you!!
