sorry lost the screen altogether its just come back. thankyou i just couldn't think it seems so simple now you have told me, i was a little preoccupied the cat 'sooty' had hidden my hearing aid and split it into three parts stretching the tube from battery to earpiece a good two inches, i now look like a teenager with an ipod 'well that's my excuse anyway (the teenager bit i mean) once again thankyou
