Stuck on two, help needed please. 11d. A precise style by all concerned(11, three words) ?NE?ERY?AND. I'm guessing "in every hand" or "in every land" or "on every" something. Also 14d.Call old Inuit dancing around coloured long ribbons(9) ?ETT?CI?I. I've got FETTUCINI,meaning long ribbons, but don't get wordplay. Thanks in advance

On evry hand' is in Chambers. I had 'fettucini' as it had an angarm of 'inuit' in it and was the only word that could fit.
Sorry for typo - am sure you knew I meant 'on every hand'!
