Sir Lancelot Crossword is on page 31 The Prize Crossword on page 32 So it is impossible to enter both crosswords as they are back to back. Surely this is bad page design, they have always been on separate pages before,

You are lucky to have any crosswords, there are none in my MOS today
The rules for each crossword state that photocopies are not accepted. That's going to make it difficult to enter both!
There is a solution. Do both & put them in the same envelope (marking it with both headings). They can photocopy on receipt! Haven't decided if I'll risk that or just enter one of them.
Are we supposed to send them in together and address them both on the envelope . Any suggestions?
either scan lancelot and cut it to fit with printed page or send in whole page with a note.proof reader must have been on the juice.Bad form tho.:)
Could buy another newspaper.
To received a "sort of" answer from the MOS puzzlemeister -
"I'm afraid I'll have to pass this on as I'm not responsible for the page arrangement. No decision has been reached yet on photocopying but fax and email are out. I'm afraid they can't go to the same address"
Chris Feetenby

I thought they did go to the sama address. Silly me!!!
I also received a reply from the Puzzlemeister:-

I'm sorry for the back-to-back printing. I'll have to pass your email on because I'm not responsible for the page arrangement. No decision has yet been reached about photcopying but it may be OK for Sir L but not Prize Crossword. Email and fax are definitely out.
Just received this message from the question setter:

"Re the problems caused by back-to-back printing of Jan 2 puzzles:

For Jan 2 only we will accept photocopies (but not faxed or email solutions) for the Sir Lancelot and Page puzzle but not for the Prize Crossword.

Chris Feetenby"

Hope that helps.
