I'd take the view the view that truth is entirely subjective, and direct it to whichever angel I most liked the look of.

ask either:- if i asked the other angel which door leads to hell, what would they say? go through the opposite door to what they say. truth angel knows liar will lie, and liar will lie about the truth angels response (if that makes sense!)
