Lost internet connection

Hi - I have home network (Netgear) on my PC running a Dell laptop and an Acer Netbook all with Windows XP and AOL as my ISP. Suddenly, while I can access Internet Explorer and AOL on the PC, I can no longer do this on either of the other 'puters. I have Mozilla Firefox as an emergency access on all three, but like IE, access only available on the PC.
How can I get IE back. I cant open AOL without accessing the internet.
Hope some simple solution can be offered by any of my fellow silver surfers...... Please!
