C4 - Weather report, Friday last pm.

The weather report was sung by guitar playing american comedian whom I can't place. He's white, slim, black hair and very droll, can you name him ?

I'd love more weather reports likewise and to hear this again.

sounds like Rich Hall, but the picture isn't him, as Rich is tallish, lanky, laconic, laid back, black haired southerner. My favourite comedian.
