I am delighted to be back to open up, but am sure that everything went well in my absence when Mamyalynne and the Butler were in charge.
There seems to be quite a lot of broken glass in the recycling bin, but what's the odd breakage between friends ...I'm sure it can be recouped via the wage cheques.
As usual , there will be a raffle later. My donations this week are:
a box of maple sugar candies
some Boston Tea-bags (salty flavour)
half a packet of chewing gum
I am sure that the usual delightful array of nibbles and tailcocks will arrive shortly.
Good evening everyone, apologies for my absence last week family matters rather took over.Welcome back Milady hope you had a good time with the natives across the pond.Matron and the butler did a sterling job while you were away but the cellar key still seems to be missing.
For the riffle I have a pair of fishnet elastic stockings purchased from a strange hairy gentleman at a boot sale, and half a box of After Eight mints.
For the table may I offer half a lasagne (left from last nights quiz) and a bottle of new seasons sloe vodka(very tasty).I will start with a large tailcock and a hot dog with English Mustard.
Welcome, giveup.
Thank youso much for all your offerings.
Hope I win the fishnets.
lordalex and I did indeed enjoy our trip across the pond.
There were , unfortunately, some problems with security involving lordalex and his trousers...I will draw a veil other than to say that he was serially patted down and had to go through the X-ray machine
How sad for his lordship to be humiliated in that way .those patters down can get quite frisky. Actually matron the lasagne did not win the quiz but gave a lot better answers than some!!! Is the butler up to scratch this evening as I have rather a thirst so shall need refills frequently. Hot dogs interesting but quite tasty.
