Hi factor30, I think the person who gave that answer was thinking about the "device with an air bag that emits a stream of air when squeezed" with two handles used for blowing air on to a fire. You're probably too young? to remember them. My granny and lots of people of that age used them often to "tickle up " the fire-she had a peat fire
