Good evening all to our beautifully refurbished club.
Members are asked to be careful of our new paintwork and it would be appreciated if all animals could be restrained, preferably within a handbag or portmanteau.
The whiff of paint will soon fade, meanwhile, we must sympathise with the Queen who has to suffer this olfactory discomfort all the time.
So far for the raffle we have:
2 paintbrushes (hardly stiff at all)
half a bottle of white spirit
2 rolls of masking tape
Good evening milady , one and all, how wonderful to pop in for a tailcock , large one please. For the wiffle I had bought a faux alligator skin handbag (unwanted present ) however trying to wrestle the croc in the moat away from it , either trying to eat it or mate with it I am unsure, all I have left is the clasp, So this I offer, might well suit any old bag I suppose. I will away to nibble while I await my tailcock....where is that butler ?
Sadly my beetle driving did not go very well...too many small children present who coul ddo it better.
I did, however, win a raffle prize, though....just lucky, you see.
Milady, I did remember the paintwork, and purchased for Pasquale a set of Harrod's finest kid leather slippers, to cover his shoes.
I only wanted a little airing for him, he is now safely ensconced in my bum bag, I mean handbag.
