Welcome one and all .

So far we do not seem to have any raffle prizes, but I am sure that that state of affairs will be remedied soon.

I am happy to report that I have almost completely recovered from my indisposition of last week.

Unfortunately, a dodgy meal out last night has had consequences, so my appearances tonight may be somewhat sporadic....possibly even spasmodic....

Hope indispositions don't come in threes...

Good evening, miss nungate - your flagon of Super Nova...

Miss Daisy - your broomstick is currently conversing with Matron's dustpan & brush & your cloak is making friends with miss flump's poncho...
Poor Carlito is soaking his poor feet as I write. I should welcome my usual pail of this evening's potent sounding brew
Alas miss nungate, I'm afraid there's been a run on the buckets - would a flagon do, if I promise to keep to keep refilling it?
Keep them coming, your oh great feline one!
How lovely for them! I keep telling them that we do not get out enough. Perhaps they can help each other.
Keep those super wotsits coming, we've just gone a goal down - upset now :-(
Tailcocks, tailcocks! They're in brand-new buckets, get 'em while they're pristine, they're lovely!
2 buckets please, one for each hand....................and 2 straws!
Question Author
Steady on nungate....
Sorry Milady, just upset I need to find a distraction from the game in Spain and am in need of something to wash down the vast amount of chocolate I am currently consuming - I seldom eat chocolate! Such is my current state of mind...............
Your buckets miss, with extra-long & bendy straws - please don't show them to the alpaca, in case he gets backache...
Alberto Alpaca will be fine your maj, he's out in the stable with his knitting listening to a Lord Peter Wimsey talking book..
Question Author
I feel the need of another weeny nova, please, Maj.
No need for a straw, I can still sip.
I have never heard Lord Peter Wimsey talk - does he have one of those clipped crystal accents?
Question Author
What a cultured llama.
Which of The great Dorothy's books is he perusing ?
Gaudy Night, mayhap ?
Having just taken a nap in the chair I feel the need to retire. Goodnight everyone, sweet sleep!
Certainly, m'lady - sipping might indeed be best...

Miss nungate - that's good news. One hears such alarming stories about camelids & straws...
Question Author
Good night Jumbo....safe journey home.
No, he's listening to Murder must advertise, he listened to Gaudy Night on Radio 4 extra a few weeks ago. He's a great fan of 4 extra, never misses an episode of Beyond our Ken, or Round the Horne those are his very best favourites.
DT, Lord Peter sounds remarkably like the late Ian Carmichael
