A flower (ROSE) + inlet on the coast (BAY).
Rosebay is a plant name applied to Oleander (also called rosebay laurel) and also to willowherb.

Forgive me! I'm being quite slow witted at the moment!Thank you.. I had rosebay as a possible answer and I couldn't work out why it would be right. Not usually so dim..

I read the question as a flower and an inlet on the coast NOT a flower + an inlet on the coast.
