I am keeping my fingers crossed in the hope you can help .

Don't worry about being 'chastised' - I recall a poster just felt we should give hints not answers, but ignore him/her.
I don't think it's being asked again - the poster just posted it twice within a 15 minute spell last night because he'd had no responses
