I have spent weeks struggling with this very difficult quiz and am stumped for the remaining answers. Any help welcome.

I have got that answer for another question "Insincere in grief". I dismissed it because of the words "and a lady inside" which does not fit. What do you think?

56. Suggestion - mute swan; I can see "mute" as "dumb", but cannot see the rest.

Hog as in Harley Davidson - T shirts say "70 miles to the gallon on a Hog"

One of the duo trades in a van for a scooter, and declares "I can get 70 miles to the gallon on this Hog", presumably likening it to a Harley Davidson - well, they weren't the sharpest tools in the box!
