A moderate score for players this week with two double-hitters and a clear winner for the month.

Roslyn251254 rushed straight in as usual, almost stumbling over Strix on the way out. Once again the strategy worked as she claimed CHERRY PICKER for herself and 2 points. Amazingly, no other player went for this option all weekend.

9:01 and the 5th player, BigMac (Possibly a Homer Simpson fan) opted for a PLUM DUFF and his 2 points.
Ulysses100, ManxieMo and Psybbo (the player formerly known as Sibton) were all in time for a bonus on this as well.

Ulysses100 claimed a double by also suggesting APPLE STRUDEL so 4 points in total.

The final link of PRICKLY PEAR was found after nearly half an hour by Kettledrum for her 2 points.

Thereafter there was a spattering of single points until 2unicorns came along at teatime to claim another double.

Of the two double-hitters. I have selected the first (and higher scoring one to be HOTSHOT.

Both BigMac and Roslyn set the links almost exactly a year ago and both are familiar with the routine.
I am going to be at my mother's for the next fortnight so need someone who knows the ropes to be setter as I will have reduced internet access.

I therefore elect outright winner BigMac to be setter for May.
