hopelessly confusing mass and force
kn in your question ( could be kiloNewton ) or Kg (killgram)
The answers differ by 9.81 ( eff equals em ay and all that)
One machine in the good old days was calibrated as kg-f/ sq in
what is tonne force ?
tonne force is a made up unit favoured by engineers and other low life whereby they say it is the force exerted by one thousand kg.
make a diag, square will do, hang in there a mg arrow
apply newton - F = ma and here F is what you want - the force exerted by one tonne m is 100okg that would be one tonne
and ay is gee - 9.81 ms-2
knock it together and there you are.One tonne force in Newtons
[ remember one newton is the force rquea to accelerate one kg mass by one metrepersecpersec ]
repost if necessary
we cant answer unless you tell us whether kn is kilograms or kiloNewtons
