That sounds like a v.interesting day out - have a good time, and make sure and wear the gloves! ;)
You will enjoy that, carrust although it's a bit scary when they first put the hawk on your glove.

Have a lovely time.
Hi Carrust
My wife and I were treated back in 2001 to a Falconry day by our daughter as a thank you for arranging her wedding - what a wonderful day !! Actually flying the hawks ( we flew two Harris hawks) was amazing and to handle a Golden Eagle, well, words can't describe it. Have a great day !!

There's nowt better than having a bird on your arm;-) Seriously, it'll be great to see them close up rather than through a pair of bins or on a nest cam.
Have a lovely time!!
...............and when they land back on your glove, you can't feel a thing. It's an extraordinary experience. You expect them to land with a thud.
Have a great day but don't get carried awayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
If we don't hear from you again carrust we'll assume that you have been carried away by the Hawk !! lol lol
Enjoy your day
Have a great day, Rusty.....x
Hope you really enjoy it - you make me feel guilty as I was given one of those as a present about 4 years ago and I never actually made the booking and went. Very bad of me.
you lucky duck .. or should that be hawk !!
Fabulous how thoughtful indeed. Have a wonderful experience.

Thank you for your replies
I went to one a few years ago and was lucky enough to have a virtual 1 to 1 experience with the 'trainer'. I had a European Eagle Owl on my arm. Cool.
Please let us know how you got on - really interested.

Are you around, carrust? How was it?
Yes carrust, tell us how you got on please.
I am slightly worried about rusty. Do you think he's sitting in a nest somewhere waiting to be pecked to death?
Oh Tilly, this is not good, do you think he might have been completely carried away.....................
maybe he's now carrion!
