I think the gameshow board is Only Connect .

No , any of the main channels. The white van has something on its base - looks like a frill - really not sure. The telescope looks like an astronomical one and is covered with a blue light and electrical discharges.

The telescope could be Stargazing Live which was a Brian Cox prog ?
Live representing the electric current around it in the picture.
