Evening All, I really enjoyed this crossword, and I believe have all the answers - however, as usual, some of the wordplay eludes me, so I don't feel as if I have completed it! Any help/explanation for the following much appreciated: -
31A Many receiving most meagre allowance required attention, C_N_E_T_A_I_N, so must be CONCENTRATION (=attention) and RATION = allowance, but can't link CONCENT with 'Many receiving most meagre'
6D A question put with difficulty about religious garb B_R_A, so I have BURKA (= religious garb) but struggling with the rest. RUB can mean difficulty (as in "there's the rub") which is BUR when about, but that leaves AK for 'A question'
44D Corporation introduces mostly cool, revolutionary form of transport T_M_R_L, so TUMBREL = revolutionary form of transport, TUM = corporation, but why is BREL mostly cool? I'm probably too old to know what words mean cool these days......

How concentration works is c (many) on cent ration (receiving meagre allowance). Took me ages to see it too.
