Sorry about that - the question should read- Why are there fewer queries about Sun Express General Knowledge crosswords since there was a dedicated crossword section? I think the crosswords are much harder than they used to be but perhaps my brain has given up.

I hadn't noticed, but with general knowledge what is hard to one person is easy to another. I finished this mornings with my breakfast, but a couple of weeks ago I really struggled. Perhaps most people have started using google to find their answers. The majority can be done that way.

I've just finished today's and i had to google for 3 of the answers. It is as ubasses says, if you know the answer to a clue/question then it is easy, If not, then it is difficult. Google just enables the majority to become easy.

I go through a sort of system with the GK crosswords - I do what I can without any help, then have recourse to my reference books (of which I have quite a lot!), then Google if necessary, and the AB if all else fails, or for confirmation. I do enjoy looking through the AB questions and answers, whether or not I'm in difficulty.
