I have been doing these for a while now , my average score is 3350 can you do better?

It changes every time you do it so you can keep trying to better your score.

^^ well done that's better than me, but there is a leader board and the no1 is well over 4000.

3400, but I got them all right so I'm not sure how I can improve. Do I just have to try again and hope for harder questions? Or does it depend on the speed of the response?

There is a time bonus, you have to be fast as well as accurate. The faster the answer the higher the bonus .

Well, 3620 this time, but I can't see how to get anywhere near 4000

4620 again. I do find some words are difficult to read as I can't distinguish the letter l from a capital i. I was thrown by a simple word ilk that I couldn't decipher

After a few mess ups I have just managed 3740. Time to stop now as it's becoming addictive

I know about it being addictive , there are other quizzes on there as well , true or false and 'name that thing'.

This is very addictive! Wish I had not started.
3700 in words and 2980 in true or false.
Interesting but you should do a different one each time otherwise you just remember the answers and get all correct. Haven't seen leader board yet - expect you have to sign on for that.

I wish I'd never seen this - to get on the leaderboard you really need to be quick and complete all the answers within one second.

gill1941 It gives you a new quiz every time you try it, I have done dozens and they are all different.
