Selling Hot Food

Hi,

Does anyone know if we can sell hot food such hot dogs and home made curry at a community centre event if we don't have a personal hygiene certificate?

We have a kitchen and usually just sell cakes and and drinks and such like but want to offer hots dogs, burgers and curry for the event.

No, you don't need a Food Hygiene Certificate - but it's handy to have one. You can do the course on line.
